We have designed a simple 4 step registration process to be as straightforward as possible, whilst also ensuring that coaches are well suited to join our talented approved pool.
After you have registered your CV, we will let you know if we think we can be of assistance to you. At that stage, we will arrange an interview with one of our consultants – either face to face or via video call.
If that goes well we will proceed to the vetting and referencing which typically includes several background checks including qualification checks and employer references. We will confirm exact vetting requirements with you before we proceed.
Once the above has been confirmed, we welcome you to be part of our pool of coaches! And we hope it won’t be long before we are presenting you with a range of exciting projects.
Working with us
- By the time you receive a project brief from us, we will have already considered you to be a good match for the opportunity. Once you have taken a look at the project brief, you simply let us know if you would like to be considered by the client.
- Once the client has reviewed your CV and profile, they will inform us if they would like to proceed with an interview. This will either be face to face or via video call. If successful you will be asked to deliver the project. If you decide to accept then it is all systems go.
- During project delivery, our consultants will be available for any advice or questions you might have.
- We then hope to continue presenting new projects to you.
