Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data AutomotiveCoaches collects through this website, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what rights you have.

Last updated: 10 September 2026.

Who the controller is

The data controller is Trisqelium Limited, registered in Ireland at Unit 12L, Six Cross Roads Business Park, Kilbarry, Waterford, X91 Y985, Ireland, company number 805888, trading as AutomotiveCoaches. We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer, as we are not required to do so. All data protection enquiries and data subject requests can be sent to info@automotivecoaches.com.

What we collect, and through which form

  • Book a Call form: name (required), company (required), job title, email address (required), country, organisation type, area of interest, the message you write, and — if you arrive from your Performance Check results — your Performance Check score and a reference to that result.
  • Aftersales Performance Check: first name, last name, company, job title, email address and country, all required, together with your answers to the twelve questions and the scores calculated from them.
  • Sales Performance Check: first name, last name, company, job title, email address and country, all required, together with your answers to the twelve questions and the scores calculated from them.
  • Every form: the version of the privacy notice shown to you and the time you submitted.
  • Technical data: our hosting provider processes your IP address and browser information to serve the site. To prevent abuse of the forms, we store a one-way hash of your IP address for 24 hours.
  • Calendar booking: if you book a call through our Google Calendar booking page, we receive the name, email address and any details you enter there.

Lawful basis

  • Responding to your enquiry and delivering the Performance Check result you requested: our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us about our services.
  • Marketing email: only with your separate consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
  • Security, abuse prevention and record keeping: legitimate interest in keeping the site and our records secure and accurate.

How long we keep it

  • Enquiries and Performance Check results: 24 months from the date of submission, after which they are deleted automatically by a scheduled job.
  • Notice records: stored with the submission and deleted with it.

Who processes your data on our behalf

  • Supabase, as Lovable's database provider: database hosting, in Ireland.
  • Lovable: website hosting, server-side form handling, and sending notification and reply email.
  • Google: calendar booking.

Each of these acts on our instructions under a data processing agreement. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for third-party marketing.

International transfers

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where that happens, the transfer relies on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision, together with the provider’s additional technical safeguards. You can ask us at info@automotivecoaches.com for details of the safeguards applied to a specific transfer.

Your rights

  • The right to be informed about how your data is used, which this policy is intended to satisfy.
  • The right of access to the personal data we hold about you.
  • The right to rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • The right to erasure of your data where we have no overriding reason to keep it.
  • The right to restrict processing while a concern is being resolved.
  • The right to data portability, to receive your data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.
  • The right to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to object to direct marketing at any time.
  • The right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
  • Rights relating to automated decision making. Your Performance Check score is calculated automatically, but it produces guidance only and has no legal or similarly significant effect on you.

To exercise any of these rights, contact info@automotivecoaches.com. We will respond within one month.

Complaints

If you believe we have handled your data unlawfully, you have the right to complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission, 21 Fitzwilliam Square South, Dublin 2, D02 RD28, Ireland, at dataprotection.ie. We would ask that you contact us first at info@automotivecoaches.com so we can try to resolve the matter.
